to make sure that you know what is included in these deceptive healthy products. I buy the peanut butter that has
peanuts as its only ingredient; or peanuts with a pinch of salt.
Get foods that have less than 4 grams of saturated fat per serving, and less than 4 grams of sugar per
serving.
Alternatives to Junk Food Snacks
Instead of chips and candies, carry around with you fruit, nuts or seeds. These are great alternatives that are
nutritional and filling. These are great ingredients for your best diet to lose weight.
Use Metabolism Boosters In Your Diet
Adding these simple items to your diet plan can help you speed up your
metabolism and lose weight
- Drink Cold Liquids
- Stay Hydrated
- Eat 5 or 6 smaller meals rather than 1 or 2 big ones each day
- Eat more lean protein rich foods
- Drink black coffee or green tea without added sugar or fat
- Spice up your meals with red peppers, cayenne, jalapenos or Tabasco.

Canned foods are OK, but fresh is the king of foods.
Stay away from processed foods, or foods that have added sugars or fats.

minimally processed grains like hulled barley or steel cut oats, legumes and lean meats like tuna or salmon,
chicken breast or grass fed beef. Calcium rich foods like low fat milk, yogurt or cheese have also been found to
